Delete your account

In the app

Open Fenwrite and tap the settings button at the top right.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Fenwrite asks you to confirm it’s you (Apple, Google or your password), then deletes everything.

What is deleted

Your Fenwrite account.
Your backup: every transcript, summary, to-do and speaker name.
The link between your account and any purchase.
Every recording on that phone, including the audio.

Our server’s usage records for your installation contain no personal details and expire on their own.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Fenwrite Pro. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).

Can’t open the app?

Email contact@bitfuzed.com from the address you signed in with, and we’ll delete the account and its backup for you within 30 days.
